Entry is looking good but of course more drivers are welcome to join in.

looking like a record entry now, at least 28 karts on track, the circuit say 33 is the max and that would be good to see.

looks like it might be a greasy circuit with all the rain we have had over the last couple of days  (well that puts me out of contetion for the race win) but what the eck with the field that we have i might come in the top 30 anyway

Well it was good race after all well for some anyway i did much better than expected qualified 9th finished 7th after a big spin and losing half a lap and 20 odd places.
But a big well done and drive of the day has to go to Ahmed Sabir Qualified 11th and finished in an amazing 2nd place

Lets see if we can keep the numbers for the entries as high as this (30)

Decided to go out in qualifying to set a few quick times early on with a clear track ahead of me, satisfied with the laps I'd done, then was black flagged for having no transponder.     Back out for just four timed laps, best I could manage was 15th.

Decent start, maintained position through the chicane and first corner, stayed out of the trouble at the bottom of the circuit, it all kicked off down there.  Had some good long battles with a fair few different people.  Bit of 'overtaking under yellows' (you only have to back off until the incident, not half-throttle a hundred metres after, but they "let themselves" back past with a bit of a nudge.  Trundled round in what I thought was about tenth, jumped up two places in one corner, round the outside into the tight chicane on the extension.  Pleased to finish fifth, especially as the brakes had gone metal-to-metal by about 7 laps from the end :)

Like the pics sec! As you can tell i was mighty pleased to have bagged win No 2 this season. I thought Warren was romping away with the title but at least today has kept it a three way fight. It was possibly my most boring race for a while but hey - a win's a win!

Cracking set of pics :)  It's good to have some sit down time, especially when you're not feeling 100% :P
