It means that it remains at the top of the forum rather than moving down as the forum shows the thread that has the most recent posts first.

Just a quikie we still seem to have a lot of guests viewing the site this is a note to you all! We are a freindly bunch here so why dont you join the forum and have a chat Join in the more points of view and info the better.
