I would just like to a thank you and a very good race to all the racers out there for SDMC you all had a very good event and luckly no mechanical problems this time (apart from colin who had a ht lead come off and a engine cut out due to a spin in the wet) There was some very good times set by all the drivers in very interchangeable conditions on sometimes a very greasy circuit.
I would also like to thank Dave B for making it very easy for the racers at night to know what was happening with his great pit board see pict below

We need sixteen racers, Keith and Warren have just commited to next year and I think most of the team from 2008 will be back out. I guess the real question is Colin's loyalty! Perhaps we could share him with 2 runs in each kart?? |

Not doing v well so far with my 'team' - Only three atm  - me, Vicky (who did it last year - the one who had her ankle smashed into) and Helen (one of my fellow Clucento members). Jenny - one of the kart workers daughters is also apparently up for it but haven't had definate confirmation off her yet. The other girl who did the 24hrs last year hasn't replied to any of our emails - so we're going to ring her instead - she will submit 
I want 6 minimum - if an all lady team can't be found then I'll be joining one of our Clubcento teams - think we're going to put two in

Does anyone know any females who would be interested in joining our feeble team of 3 (so far) for next year's race? Girlfriends/wives/sisters - anything - I really don't know what's going on with girlies at the moment - well there's only one word for them... they're all pu***s

We have similar dilema in our two club teams - too many people for the places available and at this rate there'll be four girlies wanting to crash their teams too  - may be Clubcento will have to have 3 teams lol
So no one knows of any females who are up for the karting then?!?! This is mad - I really don't know what's going on with the female race - GRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrr
