had one when I was at uni, paid £200 quid for the beast, a 4 spped she was no less time wasted changing gear.
weighed her in for £50 scrap. As a rally car I'd look for a solid body, rust free etc |

I meant that there are a lot of off the shelfs bits for Nova's in existance like suspension, brake kits etc etc so if you wish you can bolt some quite nice goodies on
Providing you have the cash of course

your quite right... Brakes and suspension.... Engine, Gearbox.... all found on the Astra and cavelier.... available at a breakers yard near you. How about transplanting the full running gear from a 4x4 cavelier or Vectra ??? add a Nintendo paddle shift steering wheel and two spoonfuls of Gav's favourite ingredient (anti lag) and you got a Nova WRC |

15 hour round trip later and about 3 hours this morning sorting spares out etc and she's home and in the workshop ready to be pulled to bits had a ittle 'test' drive last night and have to say I was pleasantly suprised at how confident I felt so quickly so should be able to push on a fair but when the oppurtunity arises

Couple of reasons really, couldn't afford to fix it if I did bend it, probably would bend it, the car is probably capable of being in the top 5 at least and I am not so I would be under a lot of pressure to perform where as in my little Nova I'd just be a midfiled runner and I'd be spoilt for life and my Nova would feel like shit after I'd sampled that thing

General service duites are required i.e. Joe can check the car over and refuel etc whilst "milk one sugar" i.e. Mr Gaylor can go to the buttey van for the brews
We have a garage full of spares that we are going to sort through this weekend so we will see what gets binned, ebayed or kept |
