Huntsman Endurance RallyCarlton & Distict Motor Club are organising their 2nd and running the only East Midlands Endurance Rally on May 30/31.The event is similar to a road rally but with special selectifs or tests timed to the second or to the minute. You are asked to watch that Competitors go around cones the correct way. The event will be supporting the Air Ambulance Services of Notts/Lincs and Derby/Leics/Rutland. The Rally HQ is at Nottingham University Kings Meadow Campus; the Rally offers selectifs in Forestry Commission venues, farm tracks and private land. The areas that the Rally will run through are South Derbyshire during the afternoon and through North Leicestershire and South Lincolnshire at the night time. The event requires lots of Marshals throughout and needs your support to be successful. All Marshals will be given some goodies and if they cover/man 2 or more TC/PC or Tests during the Night Time Leg, they will receive a free breakfast back at HQ. If you are a "maybe" or a "no" this information would be very useful There will be a Marshals briefing nearer the event.
