Karting 1st Mar 09It's never too early to mention the next round of the SDMC karting championship. Get your entries in soon, only 50 quid buys you 1 hour of wheel to wheel action with no strings attached. Just turn up, drive, and hand the kart back again. Round 1 produced some close and very competitive racing, why not be part of it. For anyone who wishes to take part but is worried about money, just see me at the club night and will keep hold of your entry fee for the day. 10 quid a week gets you on the grid for a piece of the action !!!

Gav that is extremely negative. There is no reason why you can't compete against Bob & Brokeback, as Bob said, he was only making up the numbers at first, now he's top 10 material! At a recent SDMC test session he was only 8 tenths off the pace in the wet - now that's not bad progress! If you believe you have driving ability, karting is the purest form of car control - time to get your entry in mate !!!

Two weeks to go Gav, if you sacrifice 9 pints this week, and eight pints next week your entry is paid! Go for it - you have to drop one score anyway so you can still win the championship
