Suzuki out of WRC from todaysad day as we lose yet another M1 team.
With a move to S2000 in 2010 as well I may need to find another motorsport    
How much more will the global recession bite, afterall running a M1 team is an expensive game when people are looking to shave costs and unessential items from corporate budgets.
Ford are asking the US treasury for a billions + handout could it be they only agree if it stops playing around rallying and pumps all the money into operational areas

shame just as the sx4 wrc was coming into its own.....lets hope the learning curve is not wasted.....

vicious circle really...how can you justify a multi million pound rally budget if no one is buying any of the new cars?

I dont think Petter will drive for Adapta. My guess is he will take the pay out and take semi retirement. Petter is no real fan of the new Subaru and to be honest, has no real winning options.
Atko however, i think will be in the frame for the other Adapta drive. He will be able to bring a complete years budget and is still progressing in his career, as well as solid experience of the car.
As for Guy..... well, who knows. He had a deal with Prodrive all but stamped (i believe), but is now left out in the cold. If he stays in the BRC, it will be a bit crap as he has won it twice and could touch the WRC with both hands......
There is still the IRC..... but hardly premiership at present is it?

Adapta are running S13's not S14's so yeah he might not want to get backwards when he hated the S13 so much like!
Got to gutted for Guy like putting all that effort in then for the team to be pulled. What does he have to do for a break in the WRC!!!
Its like a gorgeous swedish blonde promising you that you can sleep with her then just as your about to put the key in the ignition (fnarr fnarr) she jumps out of bed gets dressed and goes home without saying a word, maybe letting a fart out to add insult to injury.
