URGENT !!!! Croft Historic rally needs you !!!!Less than a week to go to the 2009 Croft Historic Rally. We need as many marshals as possible, please confirm on this thread or via myself, Dave Brownridge or Bob McKenzie who will be attending and any extras if possible. We have a near capacity entry which therefore needs capacity marshals. There will be a lunch voucher for all marshals, as well as a prize draw, all help appreciated.Thanks, Colin Peacock |

Team Tubman will be driving Timekeeper Car as per usual. El John is checking that navigation works and I think he will be helping with photocopy duties when roadbook is ready for production.

C'mon Dave, this is Croft we are talking about. What would you prefer, Wind, hail, sideways rain or full snow! Just make sure El John doesn't turn up in his speedo's after all that sun  .

Of course, cold goes without saying. Possibly a chance of some proper snow though according to tonight's BBC1 weatherman. Don't think there is much danger of any random speedo sightings, only Duncan Goodhew hairstyles from me & John

You watch by the end of it I'll have bought a challenge spec 205 on credit and be entered in the Riponian and be a doing the sweet lamb test day Dam salesmen  But a bloody good one captain.

thinking like a old skooler maybe get all the SDMC crew (i.e. boys of da club and forum not solely entrants) for a decent group pic, be nice if nowt else
I'd buy a pic to throw darts at. everyone is just a email name these days be good in 30 years time when I have cancer to say look at the picture and say yep, he told me to buy that 205 for £1.5k and i didnt. biggest mistake I made.
