Some possibilities are.....

Too much torque low down.

Too much grip (doubt that).

Too much wheelspin (more like).

Incorrect suspension set up (tramping).

The engine is pretty standard, that said the Williams engine is quite torquey

The Pirelli RS7's I'm running are awesome

Wheel Spin very possibly

Incorrect suspension what would cause that ?

Too hard, no give making the shaft take the load instead of the suspension.

Vauxhall don't have a penny to scratch their arse with, no way would they go top line rallying.

When I worked for Nissan I was told the BTCC team cost £1M to run (back in 99/00 season) but the airtime for the races was worth the equivalent of £18M in advertising, and some cock thought it didn't offer the right return rate and pulled the plug!

Now Gav, I am no expert in finance (unlike yourself) but even Mr S Wonder could see the logic in running the team, mind you this is when the renault merge took place, say no more.

yes GM are struggling as you say and now isnt the time to give VX a 30+ million WRC budget. How much they lose last quarter? i read circa $700 million

thing that gets me is all the WRC cars are 4x4 but its only scooby who actually sell a 4x4 driven saloon (or hatch as it is now)

Did you see the Comments by Bob Lutz of GM?

My kind of guy, a hero for the motorist, he said and I quotes "Global warming is a crock of s***"! Nice one Bob.
