I work with 6 women at work mate, all day, every day.
every now and again I catch the odd conversation one of which was the above quote.
They do have their uses tho I have used their diet tips to lose half a stone in 3 weeks they also seem to know the calorific value of every f**king food under the sun.
Needless to say they are well pissed off cos Ive lost half a stone in weeks and they've been trying for months to shift a few pounds.
