Hi Dave
Neil Here from Trawscoed

Gav the thing is you have spent £90 on a rally pass so y not marshal the event it iant that bad and straight away there's £90 saved aint it. £100 for car hire in Ireland but there again you got fuel ontop. The WRGB aint a bad event but because its up in the lime light ( well it used to be when it was on ch 4) they have to be strict on spekkie movement. It aint like it used to be . No point in complaining if you aint prepared to put the time in and work for ya £90 is there.

Hi Neil, nice to see you've found our forum.
I don't knock Gav too much for not doing WRGB, as he uses the money saved to go to European WRC rounds....  can't be bad..

Several points mate

Put the time in and work for my £90? If I've spent the money on the pass surely I'll have earned it before I went!

With all due respect if I did pay £90 quid for the pass I wouldnt want to watch all the cars through the stage ie the one man band novas etc I would want see the the worlds best drivers in the worlds best cars ie moving around stages following the top say 50

WRC GB is the most expensive rally in the WRC to watch for the same money or less I've been to WRC Sweden, WRC Turkey and WRC Monte Carlo, next summer its WRC Finland.

I cant justify paying the £90 when other rounds charge far far less and in the case of Spain and Turkey and several others dont even charge you for spectating. How comes its so much more expensive when every round has to adhere to the same safety parameters, etc!

With regards to Ireland "fuel on top" so that'll be less than what it would cost me to travel from here in the north east down to south wales.

Your sums dont add up mate, put simply
