Will try to attend Scammonden again next year if you & Mrs Club Sec are competing.
Was that round the most number of timed runs that you had all year ?

Bring your camera.

Don't forget you could be all sprinting and hillclimbing in your road car for under £500.

I have even seen a plumber turn up in an Astra Diesel van, empty the back out and win his class, so there are no excuses about needing loads of gear.

I must point out the £500 does not include "call out" charge!

Test day at Teesside Monday March 23rd, £50-ish for all day flogging around the circuit, "No cage required" 2 cars max on the circuit at any time, sonds like a perfect oppurtunity to thrash the Vectra Gav.

I am told that helmets are mandatory but you DO NOT need race suits for the test day.

£50 thrash all day, bargain.

We (me & El John) are back from 1 year's break on the Ryemoor Road Rally on Saturday night. Took the Nova for a quick spin yesterday night and everything seemed to do what it should - go, stop, turn, etc.

Anyone out to marshal (closest proper road rally to Teesside, unless Ripon's event runs again) ?
