Somebody had to set this thread going. Although regs are probably 4
months away, who is up for it next year? Once we have regs, i will offer
a cash savings scheme for drivers so you won't have to pay in one go.
£10 per week presented at the club will get you in the team(s)

Anyone fancy being a team captain?

Team 'A' - Colin Peacock (5 drivers hopefully)

Okay, given that we probably won't have the entry forms till the turn of
the year, £20 per month from jan 2010 should be about right.

hopefully i will make it next year. I am already in thought process for improvements for next year.  Perhaps on-kart timing to take strain from pit crew... (automatic timing with readout on both kart and in pit would be great).  A rethink on lighting regarding strength and brightness..... (seems my headlights were too bright for race control).  Have great idea for Kart 'dressing'.... this years, Team B was quite nicely dressed actually.

anyway.. its all good fun and good to be in the 'spirit' of 24 hr racing.

Pit board lighting was a sore subject in our camp , ending up with a 1.30am hissy fit   by me in the signalling area. I think I was tired

Might as well ask the question - If you wish to drive next year, list your
name on this thread.

Date permitting, I want in for next year.  Did you use pit-to-kart radios this year?

Nice of you to join us Alex. No problem if you want in for next year, it
really is a great race to do,  well worth it. As you can tell from the posts
and pictures, we had a great time. The race in October is shaping up for
a few great battles!
