Stop smoking (got some patches to help, stopped last year until June then started again for some stupid reason!)

Get into shape...lose the beer belly

**update**

well still off the coffin nails and lost half a stone so far. joined the gym to make the most of my now (almost flat) stomach and get a 6 pack through and do some cardio to shift whats left of the fat...result should be a decent enough shape, not going for bulk just subtle defined tone.

the women seem to have noticed as well

hard bloody work but worth it i reckon...all about discipline!!
Its well pissed off the women I work with who have been trying to shift some weight from their fat arses and thunder thighs for months and I lose half a clem in weeks.

Just need to channel some energy into getting a new job now to finish off the 6 month plan
